By using the Just Dogs website and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 or have a guardian's permission.
- Products & pricing: we aim for accurate descriptions, images and prices, but errors may occur; we may correct them and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices may change without notice.
- Orders: we may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or limits on quantities.
- Payment: you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Shipping, returns & refunds: governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
- Product use: always supervise your dog with toys, chews and grooming tools; choose the correct size, and stop use if an item becomes damaged. Products are not a substitute for veterinary advice.
- Intellectual property: all site content belongs to Just Dogs or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
- Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Dogs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana.
- Changes: we may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
