Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

• Eligibility: items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. Chew toys and grooming items that have been used can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
• How to start: email austinmakes12@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send instructions; items sent back without approval won't be accepted.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: email us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed in most cases.
• Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping; original shipping was free and is non-refundable.
• Refunds: approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return.
• Exchanges: the fastest route is to return the item and place a new order.
• Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet processed.
